Oh no! We’re so sorry that you had to return your S’LESA purchase but don’t worry, our return process is simple and easy. Just follow these steps: 

How to Return a Parce

  1. Make sure your return request is still within 14 days of parcel delivery date 
  2. Return item is eligible for return & exchange.
  3. Return item is still in a tip-top condition as below:
    • Unworn 
    • Unwashed
    • Undamaged
    • All tags intact with original product packaging
  4. Have your return parcel tracking number ready
  5. Everything’s checked? Submit a return form here

Once you submitted your return request, our team will get back to you via email within 24 hours except on weekends and public holidays. Our team will take 1 - 3 working days to process upon receiving your return.

Note: Maximum one-time Return & Exchange per item in a single Order ID/receipt is allowed.


Method of Return

Customers shall make all returns via mail only. Please note that shipping fee for mail returns will be borne by customers. Make sure to fill in the tracking number in the return form.

Return for Refund

  • If your return item does not meet the condition, your refund may be rejected and we will send the item back to you.

  • You will receive an email on the status of your return request. If your return is accepted, we will proceed with the refund process. 

  • All returns and exchanges will be refunded via banking transfer. You will fill the details in the return form if you opt for a refund. 

  • Refunds can take up to 14 days to show in your account.


Return for Exchange 

  • You can only exchange the size or color of the returned item. 

  • Upon approval of your return request, we will send the exchanged item right away! 

  • You will receive an email of the status of your return request and if it is accepted, a new tracking number for your exchanged item will be included. 

  • Exchanged item will be mailed out to the same delivery address as the returned item. 

Note: Exchanged item is subject to availability at the time of form submission. If the item is Out of Stock, we will email you for further action.  


Non-returnable Items

  • Items that are worn, washed and damaged

  • Item that has been returned before

  • Sale items, free gifts, As-is items and all promotional items

  • Items bought from a reseller or other unofficial/unauthorized S’LESA marketplace / retail platform


Defective and Faulty Items

We are so sorry that you received defective and faulty items due to manufacturing errors. Don’t worry, please submit a return request form  and select Defective/Faulty Item for the reason of return. Kindly upload a photo and video of the defect for us to look into it more clearly.
